Real Estate Donation Program
Alabama Public Radio is a network of public radio stations in Alabama with studios in Tuscaloosa. APR serves two-thirds of the state of Alabama with classical music and quality news and feature programming from NPR and American Public Media, as well as jazz, folk, and nostalgic music programs.
About Real Estate Donations
Alabama Public Radio has partnered with CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services) to process donations in the form of real estate assets. Properties in any location, condition, and format are eligible for donation to Alabama Public Radio. Back taxes, mortgage balances, and deferred maintenance do not prohibit your ability to donate. Our program covers all loans, liens, commissions, and closing costs so long as there is equity in the property.
